Mike Muza: Born on March 9, 1971 in Chikwawa Tendeguwo Village, he is the youngest son of seven children. He is a member of the Shona Tribe of Goromonzi District. Mike married in 1998 and had his first child in June 1999. His hobbies are listening to the radio and watching live soccer.

Mike went to school at Gorwa Primary in Musana Tribal Trust Land. After school he went to Harare where he worked at the Coca-Cola Bottling Company. In 1990 he joined his brother, the late Gift Muza and his uncle Peter Mandala and began carving.

He was influenced mostly by his late brother Gift, and much like the work of his renowned brother, Mike captures various images of the spirit ancestors who are so much a part of the Shona people. Mike is an artist of great spiritual insight. His spirit carvings express gentleness, kindness and humor.

Since the death of his brother in 1996 he has emerged as a dedicated, serious and successful artist in his own right. He has also assumed responsibilities of his brother's wife and their five children which includes: financial well being, their education, making all decisions regarding the future, settle quarrels, give blessings of marriage and doled out proper retributions when necessary.

Mike has exhibited throughout Zimbabwe and across the globe including:
